Llarry Llama was the real-life llama pet of my shop manager, Melissa. Llarry is so ugly, he’s cute! I love him and had to make him into a collage!

Fusible Web: recommend Steam-a-Seam 2
Fine serrated scissors for fussy-cutting fabric motifs
Optional, 60 degree ruler to create mountains or use pattern drawing.
Temporary Fabric pen to draw design on background
Fabrics to create the subject in lights, mediums, darks and different textures
Fabrics to create light, medium and dark mountains and snow.
Background Fabrics, which can be one fabric or multiple, pieced together by sewing or fused collage on a
foundation fabric. I used blue for sky, green for foreground and various dark greens for background bushes and trees.
Optionally, various fussy-cut motifs to embellish your subject. Some collages are made up entirely of motifs as if they are the “paint.” On Llarry, the floral motifs are just that… flowers in the basket, on Llarry and trailing to the ground. The drawing shows the flowers I used, but your flowers can be all together different.
